Our Care and Prayer Ministries, led by Donnie Hines, work together to help ensure that no one walks through life alone. Through personal connection, compassionate support, and faithful prayer, these ministries serve the heart of our congregation and community.

Care Ministry

Reaching Out with Compassion

The Care Ministry helps ensure that every person at The Bay feels seen, supported, and connected. A dedicated team regularly reaches out to members of our congregation through friendly phone calls and personal contact.

These conversations provide an opportunity to:

  • Check in on the well-being of individuals and families

  • Listen to prayer requests and needs

  • Offer encouragement and support during difficult seasons

  • Share ideas, suggestions, and ways the church can serve better

The goal of the Care Ministry is simple but powerful: to make sure no one in our church family feels forgotten or alone.

The Prayer Ministry is devoted to seeking God’s guidance, comfort, and intervention in the lives of our congregation and community.

Through faithful and consistent prayer, this ministry lifts up:

  • The needs of individuals and families

  • The challenges and opportunities facing our community

Prayer is the foundation of everything we do. It strengthens faith, brings encouragement during trials, and reminds us that God is actively at work in every circumstance.
